AI in Plandura
Plandura uses AI to suggest — never to decide. Here is what the AI does, which data it sees, and how you stay in control.
What AI is used for
- Suggested wording for vision, strategic themes and goals.
- Suggested KPIs and target levels based on what you wrote.
- Summaries of analyses, reviews and progress.
- Suggested next steps when a goal or project stalls.
A human always decides
All AI-generated content is labelled as a suggestion, and nothing is stored in the strategy until a user approves it. Plandura makes no automated decisions about individuals and does not use AI to assess employees.
Which data the AI sees
- Only the content sent with the individual request — for example the goal or analysis you are working on.
- No access to other companies' data.
- Content is not used to train models.
- Avoid writing sensitive personal data in fields where you use AI suggestions.
Limitations
Language models can be wrong, generalise, or suggest something that does not fit your reality. Treat suggestions as a starting point and edit them. Always verify numbers, target levels and financial assessments.
Transparency and the EU AI Act
Plandura is an AI-supported decision-support tool in the limited-risk category. We clearly label AI-generated content, keep the human in control, document which features use AI, and maintain a list of the providers that process requests.
Can AI be switched off
AI features are optional helpers — the whole platform works without using them. If your company needs AI features disabled at workspace level, email sales@cxminds.dk.
