Terms and conditions
The terms for using Plandura, written so a management team can read them without a lawyer present.
The agreement
The agreement is between your company and CXminds. The subscription gives the company access to Plandura as described on the pricing page.
Free trial
New companies get a 30-day free trial with access to the whole platform, starting when the company is created.
We do not charge automatically when the trial ends. If you want to continue, you choose a subscription yourself.
Subscription and payment
- Pricing is per company and depends on the number of employees in the business register. All users in the company are included.
- The subscription is paid monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Consultants use the consultant platform free of charge. The client company holds the subscription for its own workspace.
- If a change in employee count changes the price band, the price is adjusted from the next billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel with effect from the end of the paid period. Creating and editing stops when the subscription ends; data can be exported before deletion.
Your data
Everything you put into Plandura belongs to you. We use it only to deliver the platform, and never to train AI models.
Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Responsible use
- Sign-in credentials are personal and must not be shared.
- The platform must not be used for unlawful content or attempts to bypass access control.
- You are responsible for the content you upload, including whether you may process the personal data it contains.
Operation and support
We aim for high availability, but the platform is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced when it affects use.

Liability
Plandura is a decision-support tool. AI suggestions are advisory, and responsibility for decisions rests with the company.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the last 12 months of subscription, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operation or profit.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms with reasonable notice, announced in the product or by email. The agreement is governed by Danish law with the Danish courts as venue.
